Written Application — 15 minutes
Complete the application. Tell us your skill set, tools you use daily, experience level, and what roles you want. Be specific. Vague answers get instant disqualification. We read every word.
Loom Video Pitch — 3 to 5 minutes
Record a Loom and submit the link. This is a pitch. Cover three things: what you do, what you do better than everyone else who does it, and why an agency owner should trust you with their client accounts. No scripts. No slides. Specific examples only. Strong Looms show real results. Weak Looms say "I am hardworking and a fast learner."
Personality and Cognitive Assessment — 20 to 30 minutes
A two-part assessment. Part one: personality profile. Part two: short cognitive test. Do not try to game it. We compare results against how people actually perform once placed.
Live Technical Assessment — 30 to 60 minutes
GHL applicants execute real tasks inside a live GoHighLevel account. We assess the output. Either you can build it or you cannot. CRM applicants complete a configuration and reporting task. Call center applicants complete a live roleplay. You cannot study for this. You can only know your craft.
Team Interview — 30 minutes
If you reach Stage 5, we want to place you. Skills are verified. This conversation is about fit. How you handle client relationships, mistakes, and pressure. We also answer your questions. Candidates who ask no questions in Stage 5 rarely make the bench.
